Warehouse being built in Industrial Park

A 100,000-SF warehouse is being built in the Magnolia Industrial Park in Rogers with a $1.25 million mortgage from First Western Bank & Trust of Rogers.rMagnolia Investments LLC of Bentonville received the mortgage May 27. The loan was signed by William and Catherine Stribling as members of the company.rOwnership of the property was transferred from Magnolia Investments to Magnolia Investments LLC the same day. The deed was signed by William Stribling as managing member.rConstruction of the warehouse has begun and is scheduled for completion this fall. The space will be leased to area companies.rThe warehouse will be the fourth on the property. Stribling Packaging Inc. occupies one of the buildings at 307 W. Stribling Drive and Cargonet occupies a 60,000-SF building at 402 W. Stribling Drive.
