Rogers Company Plans Expansion

Con-Wal Inc. of Rogers received two mortgages totaling more than $871,500 in March.
The company, doing business as Southwestern Sales Co., received a $638,378 mortgage on March 11 and a $233,179 mortgage on March 26 from Arkansas National Bank of Fayetteville. The loans are secured by the company’s property at 3221 N. Second St. in Rogers and signed by Julie M. Hines as president of the company.
Con-Wal manufactures tarpaulins, truck covers and poultry house curtains. The company built a 33,000-SF building on its 12.5 acres two years ago and plans to expand the facility. Those plans include adding at least 9,000 SF to the building and providing installation facilities for truck covers.
