StaffMark Inc. of Fayetteville, a leading provider of diversified staffing, information technology, professional and consulting services, announced on Jan. 6 the acquisition of ClinForce LLC, of Morristown, N.J.rClinForce, which has annual revenues of about $9 million, specializes in providing professionals to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, and contract research organizations. The transaction will be accounted for as an asset purchase. Terms were not announced.
