Bernice Mathias and Norman R. Moulden received a $975,000 mortgage from Arkansas National Bank of Springdale on Dec. 17 that is secured by seven duplexes in the Meadowlands subdivision in Fayetteville.
The loan was signed by Mathias and Moulden and includes an assignment of rents on the property.
The loan was secured with property along Daisy Street at 994/996, 938/940, 887/889 and 795/595. The other duplexes are along Larkspur Street at 902/904, 762/764 and 776/778.
