Arturo Jaime of Springdale plans to open an El Toro Mexican restaurant at the intersection of Zion Road and Arkansas Highway 265 in March.

Jaime opened an El Toro in Springdale three years ago and a second one, in Bentonville, a year later.

Jaime, who is originally from Guadalajara, Mexico, says the new restaurant will be 2,825-SF in size (similar to his other two) and will seat about 120 people.
