Triple Seven LLC bought five blocks of the Glenwood addition to Siloam Springs from Carlson Metals Corp. on May 15 for $326,667.
Wayne Carlson signed the deed as president of Carlson Metals. Neale Truitt and Keith Truitt signed as managers of Triple Seven.
Triple Seven also received a mortgage May 15 from the Bank of Gravett for $635,036 which was secured by the land. The loan is due Nov. 15 and carries an annual percentage rate of 9.25 percent.
Neale Truitt and his wife, Wanda, also signed a mortgage May 15 with the Bank of Gravett for $635,036. Keith Truitt and his wife, Melissa, signed a mortgage the same day for the same amount with the Bank of Gravett.
