Bank of Fayetteville Buys Lot

The Bank of Fayetteville bought a lot May 23 in the Crossroads Village Shopping Center (formerly the Glennwood Shopping Center) being developed at the corner of Arkansas Highways 45 and 265 in Fayetteville.

The bank purchased the lot for $346,667 from Don and Mary Jane Cozart and Jimmy and Janice Reaves. The bank plans to build a branch in the shopping center.

The shopping center is being developed by Cozart Development LLC on 14.74 acres at the intersection. Plans include 100,000 SF of new buildings and 200,000 SF of paved parking and drives. Among the businesses planned for the center include a 45,600-SF Harps Food Store, a McDonald’s restaurant, a Taco Bell restaurant and a dry cleaners.
