Dates have been set for at least three Republican debates in the Fourth Congressional District where Republicans hope to retake this seat left open by Democratic Congressman Mike Ross who is not seeking re-election in 2012.
At least three candidates have announced for the office, including Beth Anne Rankin, Tom Cotton, and Marcus Richmond. All three say they’ll participate in the debates. Here’s the schedule:
January 9 in El Dorado hosted by the Union County Republican Committee.
March 27 in Monticello hosted by the Drew County Republican Committee.
April 21 in Hot Springs hosted by the Arkansas Young Republicans.
Also noted – Katherine Vasilos with the Republican Party of Arkansas tells me they plan to live-stream the debates and incorporate social media into them.
