Area Home Builders hold Parade of Homes

The Greater Fort Smith Association of Home Builders conducts its Spring Parade of Homes beginning April 10 and running through April 18.
The homes will be open from Noon until 6 p.m. each day of the Parade. Maps to locate the entries are available at this link.
In addition to the maps, a white and blue Parade of Homes sign is in the yard of each entry. Unless the home has the Parade of Homes sign it is not entered in the Parade of Homes.
This Spring’s Parade features 23 entries priced from $132,900 to $439,000, and are in Fort Smith, Van Buren, Alma, and Greenwood.
Many of these brand new homes feature the latest in green building technology along with the newest fashion in home design. Most homes will have the builder or a Realtor on hand during showing hours.
