Razorback Park Golf Course Closes

The Razorback Park Golf Course off Deane Solomon Road in Fayetteville officially closed Oct. 5.
County records show the golf course still belongs to Ron and Linda Caviness, who bought the 129.3-acre property in 2007 for $1.69 million.
You may have heard that Lindsey Management Co. of Fayetteville is under contract to buy the property from Caviness, with plans for some sort of residential development built around a nine-hole foot/frisbee golf course.
A Lindsey representative tells us the company is still working on development plans to present to the city, and that the property remains under contract.
