Steve Fineberg & Associates, Sage Partners Celebrate 10 Years

2015 is a significant year for a couple of locally-owned commercial real estate companies. Steve Fineberg & Associates of Bentonville and Sage Partners of Fayetteville are both celebrating 10-year anniversaries.
Steve Fineberg left the Rogers office of Lindsey & Associates in August 2005 to form his own company, and took his snappy, swing band-sound radio jingle (Fineberg, Fineberg, Fineberg … the Commercial Guy!) with him.
Sage Partners was formed in April 2005 when Brian Shaw and Tommy Van Zandt branched out from the Fayetteville office of Irwin & Saviers. Expansion to Little Rock came just a few months after the Fayetteville opening.
It is no secret those were the golden days to be in the commercial real estate business in Northwest Arkansas. But turning a real estate company into a success during the difficult years of the financial crisis that followed is no small feat.
So, we say, kudos to both. Fineberg & Associates, incidentally, is hosting a 10th anniversary party June 18, in conjunction with the Rogers/Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours.
