Ligon Joins Hart Construction as VP of Business Development

Jordan Ligon was recently named vice president of business development at Hart Construction LLC.

Ligon will be based in Fayetteville and lead the company’s business development efforts, assisting in preconstruction, bidding and estimating needs in Northwest Arkansas and southwestern Missouri, according to an email from Adam Hart, principal.

“Jordan’s experience in real estate, property management and market analysis will be a tremendous asset to our highly valued clients in the area,” Hart wrote in the email.

Ligon previously worked four years as regional director for commercial real estate information source Xceligent Inc. and for five years as associate broker with Irwin Partners.

For him, the new career will be a change of pace.

“It’s putting me on a different side of the business,” Ligon said. “I’m excited about keeping the same contacts and working with a lot of the same people, but on a day-to-day basis, I will be working more on the construction side.”
