Responding to an increased need for asset management in the local market, Fayetteville-based commercial real estate company Sage Partners has launched a new company, Sage Asset Solutions.

The new company officially began operating Sept. 1, with Tommy Van Zandt (director of operations), Brian Shaw (principal broker) and Scott Audrain (managing partner) making up the senior management team.

Van Zandt and Shaw founded Sage Partners in 2005. Partners Marshall Saviers, T.J. Lefler and Alex Blass are also involved in the new company.

“We’ve assembled a team that I believe brings a level of experience and expertise that is currently not available in this market,” Van Zandt said.

Audrain, a Fayetteville native who has spent most of his professional career in Texas and Tennessee, said the idea for launching SAS began a year ago, with a goal to reduce property owners’ costs through better management practices.

The growing property management market in Northwest Arkansas demanded it, Audrain said

“We’re in the business of generating a return on investment for owners of commercial real estate,” Audrain said. “This allows us to offer what we think is a broader range of services than most property managers in Northwest Arkansas.”
