Rausch Coleman Homes of Fayetteville was named No. 34 on Builder magazine’s list of the 100 largest homebuilders for 2012.
The affordable homebuilder dropped two spots from last year, but has climbed substantially since debuting on the list five years ago.
The company was No. 89 on the magazine’s list for 2007.
During 2012, Rausch Coleman closed on 948 homes — a 15 percent increase from 2011 — and reported $140 million in revenue.
Rausch Coleman builds single-family homes in Oklahoma, Arkansas and Missouri.
Rausch Coleman starts can be found in The Coves subdivision of Fayetteville, the Summerlin addition of Bentonville and the Plantation subdivision of Rogers.
