Bragging on Browns

We get a lot of news releases and other kinds of info regarding awards won by various local businesses, and, frankly, we simply don’t have room to print all of it.

Sometimes, though, one of these awards seems particularly noteworthy, and that’s the case with Brown’s Collision Center in Bentonville. Brown’s, we’re told, recently topped 663 candidates in 23 states to be named Farmers Insurance Group’s 2012 Eastern Division Shop of the Year.

The award apparently was based, at least in part, on estimating skills, volume, quality of repair, customer service and community involvement. So, having had — probably like you — a few less-than-pleasant experiences with auto repair folks of various ilk, we’re happy to tip our collective hat to those who do things the right way.
