Automobile Avenue Filling Up

Back in October, we told you the Landers McLarty Nissan dealership in Bentonville was planning an expansion. Two of the companies that make up the RLJ McLarty Landers Automotive partnership had paid $1.45 million for 5.5 acres south of the dealership at 2501 S.E. Moberly Lane.

One of these companies, Moberly Lane Bentonville AR LLC, recently presented large-scale plans for a dealership to be called Landers McLarty Pre-owned to city officials. The plans call for an 11,720-SF automotive dealership with 262 parking spaces for inventory and 72 customer parking spaces.

This will be the 11th auto dealership on Moberly Lane, by our counnt.
