Hotel Revenue Takes Slight Dip

The performance of Embassy Suites – Northwest Arkansas, in terms of 2010 room revenue, reflected the area-wide industry as a whole.
Embassy Suites heads the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal’s annual list of the area’s largest hotels, with $10.05 million in 2010 room revenue. That’s down from $10.30 million in 2009, a decrease of 2.4 percent.
Only hotels that generated $500,000 or more in 2010 room revenue were included in the list. The 53 properties included totaled $77.98 million in revenue, a 2 percent dip from the $79.57 million generated in 2009.
