Mi Casa Makes Moves, Fills Niche

Owners Seth Mims and Jeremy Hudson recently announced the reorganization of Mi Casa Real Estate, a firm established in 1998 to serve Spanish-speaking homebuyers in Northwest Arkansas.
A new parent company, Specialized Real Estate Group, will include Mi Casa and MC3 Multifamily. Mi Casa will continue to focus on single-family homes, while MC3 will address multifamily market needs.
SREG currently employs seven agents and about 25 additional employees. No staff or service changes are expected following the reorganization.
