Pediatric Dental Associates Digs in With $1.8M Office

Commerce Construction Co. of Springdale recently purchased a building permit valued at $1.8 million for a new building at 1607 Rainforest Drive in Fayetteville.

The single-story, 12,000-SF building will be the new home of Pediatric Dental Associates of Fayetteville.

The building site is directly behind the Arvest Bank on Joyce Boulevard.

PDA currently occupies space in the Commerce I complex on Old Missouri Road.

The office will have 32 workstations, with a mix of both open bays and private rooms.

Five dentists and one orthodontist will practice in the building, and about 35 other people will work there.

Key Architecture Inc. of Fayetteville is providing architectural services.

Studio Y Creations Inc. of Calgary, Alberta, will provide some interior and exterior architectural design elements.

Professional Concrete Specialties of Rogers is providing the foundation work.

Waste Management Inc. of Springdale is providing trash and sanitation services.

Necessary LLC is providing lavatory services.

PDA is using Arvest Bank for financing.

Construction should be complete by late summer and the practice hopes to open in the building in October.

 

Hyneman Buys Summersby Home

Hal F. Hyneman recently purchased a home at 1233 N. Amberwood Lane in Fayetteville. Hyneman paid Brent and Michelle Hanby $515,000 for the 3,915-SF home.

The house, which is in the Summersby subdivision near Arkansas Highway 265 in east Fayetteville, was built in 2001 by Legend Builders Inc. and last appraised in 2007 for $548,100.

There is a 700-SF frame storage building on the lot and about 353 liner feet of wrought iron fence.

Closing, Start In Hickory Park

Tommy Royce and Madelynkay Crosby recently purchased a home at 2786 E. Mockernut Crossing in Fayetteville for $349,250. The Crosbys purchased the 3,464-SF, two-story home from Legacy National Bank of Springdale.

It last appraised in 2008 for $349,250.

The home is in the Hickory Park subdivision, which is just west of Arkansas Highway 265, near the Township Street intersection.

The home was built in 2006 by L&L Builders Inc. Legacy obtained the home through a special deed filed in Washington County in February 2009.

Brittenum Construction of Fayetteville recently purchased a building permit valued at $249,848 to erect a single-family home at 2733 E. Mockernut Crossing.
