We hear response to Jerry Dou’s Web site, nwafiresale.com, was so spectacular that Realtors in central Arkansas have hired Revolution Technologies of Rogers to develop a statewide version.
Dou, a Realtor and senior vice president with Coldwell Banker Faucette Real Estate, put the site up this spring. It features foreclosed and bank-owned properties that have been discounted to move quicker.
Revolution’s president and co-founder, Tim Lee, said the new site, arkansasfiresale.com, should be active sometime in late August and that the two sites will complement one another.
Lee, whose company develops sites for many Northwest Arkansas Realtors, said things are looking a little brighter on the residential side: Combined, all of his real estate sites get viewed by an average of 15,000 users per day who look at about 600,000 pages total, he said.
