Faucette Makes Move To Commercial Market

George Faucette, owner of Coldwell Banker Faucette Real Estate, has added a new team and office to his growing business.
On March 1, the Coldwell Banker Commercial Faucette Real Estate office opened at 12 Colt Square in Fayetteville.
Matt Lawrence is the office’s managing broker. Steve Davis and James Lightner are the office’s only other full-time real estate agents.
Lawrence said the office has 17 listings in Northwest Arkansas and Missouri. The company is only handling leasing and sales but plans to move into the property management sector at some point in the future.
Both Faucette and Lawrence said they plan to grow the office but will keep expansion commensurate with the size of the Northwest Arkansas commercial market.
Faucette said he believes having both a commercial and residential office will help both offices generate more listings and referrals.
Coldwell Banker’s online network will also be a major asset for the new commercial team, Lawrence said.
“Coldwell Banker has nearly 4,000 brokers operating in about 500 offices in 30 different countries,” Lawrence said. “Through Coldwell Banker’s agent Web site we are able to link and network with agents across the country and around the world. I believe the network will be a real asset and tool for us and will help us work with outside clients.”
