Jason?s Deli Destined for Fayetteville

After months of looking and planning, Jason’s Deli franchisee Bourke Harvey has signed the dotted line to bring the national soup and salad eatery to Northwest Arkansas.
Harvey, owner of Deli Partners in Fort Worth, Texas, currently owns six Jason’s Deli franchises, one in Little Rock being the only Arkansas location. He has leased about 6,000 SF in the Nelson’s Crossing II building and will begin the build-out process during the first week of March.
Fayetteville is the only Northwest Arkansas location under development but Harvey said he expects to open a Benton County location within the next 18 months.
A tentative opening date for the Fayetteville spot has been set for mid-June.
