Management Realty Adds Commercial Agent

Management Realty of Fayetteville has officially taken on the commercial realty world.

In August, Whitley Dunn joined the business as an executive broker and partner and began spearheading the new commercial division.

Dunn, who earned his CCIM license in May, has about 200,000 SF of commercial space listed with the company.

Scott Barton, principal broker and owner of Management Realty mostly lists residential property. Barton has about 100 residential properties listed in the Northwest Arkansas market.

Barton said he’s excited about the opportunity to help customers develop and grow their properties and investments.

Dunn said he and Barton hope to expand the company in both areas and create a business based on integrity and customer satisfaction.

“We want to provide customers the best return for their investment,” Dunn said. “Our business model is ‘get, keep and grow.’ We operate on basic economic principals. We want to do the best possible job we can for our investors.”
