Stores Shifting in Fayetteville Mall

The Northwest Arkansas Mall is adding a tenant, another two are changing spaces and one store has closed as part of a corporate move.

ALDO Shoes will soon begin construction in the space formerly occupied by Things Remembered. Things Remembered is moving to a new location between GNC and Payless Shoes in the Sears wing.

With hundreds of stores in Europe, Canada and the U.S., ALDO offers contemporary styles that skew to a younger demographic and it will be just the second store in Arkansas with its first in Jonesboro. The nearest to this market is in Tulsa.

Bath & Body Works is building out its latest prototype store and will move to a larger space across from the food court.

Music and movies retailer FYE, also previously located near the food court, has closed.

Other deals to add tenants are in the pipeline, we’re told.
