AERT Sets July Annual Meeting

Advanced Environmental Recycling Technologies Inc. of Springdale announced June 20 that the 2006 annual report and proxy statement have been mailed to shareholders and that both documents can be downloaded from the company’s Web site: aertinc.com/annuals.asp.
The annual shareholders meeting will be hosted on Thursday, July 19 at 7 p.m. at the Holiday Inn Convention Center in Springdale.
A reception will precede the meeting at 6 p.m. Shareholders must register for the reception.
