Bentonville Plaza Adds Tenants

Bentonville Plaza, managed by Dena Milburn, CCIM, of Irwin Saviers Ballard, recently added some major tenants that will fill more than 43,000 SF.
The Regus Group PLC leased more than 15,000 SF on the sixth floor of the building. AC Nielsen, which recently reached an agreement with Wal-Mart Stores Inc. to conduct consumer research inside its stores, has leased 14,143 SF on the fourth floor.
The Wrigley Company opened a new Bentonville office with 4,080 SF. HanesBrands Inc. is moving from another location and will fill 10,055 SF. The Hanes space will also be the first LEED-certified space in Bentonville Plaza. The LEED classification is an important one as Wal-Mart has urged its suppliers to locate in spaces that meet the environmentally friendly guidelines.
Milburn said the Plaza has 81,704 SF still available for lease.
