Mill at West End Developer Starts Real Estate Business

Burt Box, the developer behind the $7 million condominium project in south Fayetteville’s Mill District, has started a real estate firm.
Ben Lester, formerly of Dallas Real Estate Services Inc. in Fayetteville, will be the principal broker for the Milver Agency. Box said he’s actively recruiting other agents to join the firm that will sell both his properties and outside listings.
Box plans to break ground on The Mill at West End in a month. It includes a four-story, 14,000-SF mixed-use building in Phase I and a two-story, 16,400-SF building for condos and offices in Phase II. The 1.5-acre parcel located at 500 W. Prairie St. was formerly used by the American Milling Co.
