The Arbors at Pinnacle Ridge is nearly 70 percent occupied.
Sixty-three of the 94 condos at 21st Street and New Hope Road in Rogers have been sold since reservations were first taken in August 2005. The first owner moved into the condos in January 2006.
There are three floor plans available. The Abbey is 1,750 SF at a cost of $229,900. The Canterbury has 1,860 SF for $252,500. The Chateau is 1,985 SF for $239,900.
The development sits on an 16.8-acre lot purchased in February 2005 for $1.36 million.
Developer Fritz Steiger is moving on to the next project. Steiger, with Steiger Development LLC previously developed The Arbors at Pinnacle Ridge in Rogers. Now, he’s working on The Arbors at Deer Crossing in Bentonville.
Where he had partners in Pinnacle Ridge, Steiger will go it alone in the development of the 86-unit project at Deer Crossing. He submitted plans to rezone 17 acres from agriculture to multi-family use. The site is located on I Street, west of Lake Bentonville.
Deer Crossing will resemble Pinnacle Ridge with its four-unit buildings, clubhouse, pool and attracting people by offering a no-maintenance lifestyle.
