The aggressive expansion of Crye-Leike Realtors into Northwest Arkansas has been well documented in this space as the nation’s sixth-largest real estate company has staked out three locations for branch offices since October.
Well, now make that four.
We hear Springdale will be the fourth city in Northwest Arkansas to have a Crye-Leike office. The company already has opened branches in Rogers and Bentonville and has purchased land to construct a 17,000-SF office in north Fayetteville.
Word is the company will move into an existing building in Springdale temporarily while shopping for land to construct a new office in the city.
Harold Crye, CEO and founder of the company based in Nashville, Tenn., said he plans to open as many as nine offices in Northwest Arkansas as part of a five-year plan.
