Crye-Leike Realtors, the nation’s sixth largest real estate company, is continuing its expansion into Northwest Arkansas with the recent opening of a branch office in Bentonville.
The branch will be headed by Shea Dittrich, former owner of Siena Group Realtors, which was recently purchase by Crye-Leike and operated out of the same office.
Crye-Leike, which is based in Nashville, Tenn., has a network of 109 offices in seven states. It finished building a branch office in Rogers this fall and has purchased land in north Fayetteville to build a 17,000-SF office. Harold Crye, CEO and founder Crye-Leike, said this fall that the company plans to open as many as nine offices in Northwest Arkansas as part of its five-year plan.
