Bonefish Grill Opens First Restaurant in Rogers
Bonefish Grill opened its first restaurant in Arkansas Aug. 28 at the Shoppes at Pinnacle Hills in Rogers.
Outback Steakhouse Inc. of Tampa, Fla., owns Bonefish Grill. The 6,600-SF seafood restaurant is open seven days a week for dinner only, said Emory Christian, the restaurant’s managing partner.
Christian said Bonefish has fresh seafood that is flown in six days a week and is hand inspected and hand cut every day.
The fish comes from the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean, as well as Alaskan and Canadian waters, he said. The restaurant sells whatever species is in season, so the menu changes from week to week.
The restaurant also offers steaks, pork tenderloins, chicken, pork chops and lobster tails. The 9-ounce filet mignon is $21, while the 9-ounce center-cut sirloin runs $15. Each dinner item comes with a choice of garlic mashed potatoes, au gratin potatoes, fresh vegetables or angel hair pasta with homemade marinara sauce, Christian said. Twin lobster tails are $26 and Chilean sea bass is $23. The lowest price for fish is the rainbow trout for $13.
Christian said although the restaurant offers beer, it’s the extensive wine list and “handcrafted” martinis that Bonefish is known for.
The restaurant — located at 3201 Market St., suite 100 — has about 90 employees and has seating for 220 people.
