Finocchi Launches ll About Town Calendar

After ceasing publication of The Sound in March, publisher Betsy Finocchi said she will begin publishing Back By Popular Demand: The All About Town Calendar in July.
The calendar, formerly in the center of her weekly entertainment newspaper, will become a monthly folded 17-by-22-inch full-color brochure instead.
Finocchi said there will be 16 places for ads on the All About Town Calendar with each one being 2.75-by-3.85 inches in size. The ad spaces will sell for $200 per month. She planned to print 15,000 copies in July and distribute them to business throughout Northwest Arkansas. The brochures are free to the public.
After seven years of publication, Finocchi changed the name of her Fayetteville-based newspaper from All About Town to The Sound in January. At that time, the publication went from being a fortnightly to a weekly.
