Greene garners gubernatorial appointment

Cecil Greene, editor of the Lincoln Echo newspaper in Fort Smith, was appointed by Gov. Mike Beebe to the Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Training. Greene’s appointment expires Jan. 14, 2011. Greene replaces Yvonne Martin on the commission.
