More Investors at Parkway Pinnacle?

We think the new Parkway Bank building at Pinnacle Hills might have taken on some new investors.

At least that’s what the $6.2 million mortgage that Parkway Real Estate Holdings LLC acquired through Pine Bluff National Bank would indicate. We’ve been under the impression that Parkway would not occupy the entire new building.

Jerry Sadler, Dean Eisma and Chris Crossland are listed as members of Parkway Real Estate Holdings. Crossland Construction Co. is the general contractor on the new Parkway Bank facility that has already started grading work on the site that will eventually have a 39,000-SF, three-story building.

Parkway Real Estate Holdings bought a lot in March at Pinnacle Hills for $1.5 million from CNP & S LLC, of which Jerry Sadler, president and CEO of Parkway Bancshares, and Jerry Carmichael, principal with Parkway Bank, are members.

CNP paid the same amount for the lot in May when it purchased it from Pinnacle Land Partners LLC, of which Bill Schwyhart is a member.
