Nabholz Sees Employees Depart
We noticed that three upper-level management folks at Nabholz Construction Corp. in Rogers have jumped ship lately.
Junior Lopez, the firm’s national account manager, left the company March 1 and is now a project manager for Commerce Construction Inc. of Springdale.
Quinton Hilburn, a Nabholz executive vice president, left the company the week of March 14. Hilburn said it was the right time for him to leave.
“A business of that size is ever-changing,” Hilburn said. “It’s made up of a large group of great people that have treated me well. It’s been a wonderful opportunity, and I wish the company well.”
Hilburn said he’s exploring his options at this point and is spending time on his 200-acre horse ranch in McDonald County, Mo.
Darrel Harris, former vice president of construction management for Nabholz, left the company on Jan. 3 to become an area manager for Flintco. Both Harris and Lopez, like Hilburn, did not cite reasons for their departure.
