United Bank Gets New CFO

Greg Allen is the new executive vice president and chief financial officer of Springdale’s United Bank.
Allen, a CPA, was recently CFO of Trust Bank of Mountain Home.
He is reunited of sorts, because he worked with United Holding Co.’s CEO, Craig Young, at Federal Savings Bank in Rogers prior to his 1998 move to Trust Bank.
“I’m just looking forward to good things,” he said. He’s been on the job for about four weeks, but he’s not sure what town his family will settle in yet.
Allen replaces Hank Breshears who was with United Bank for about six years.
