VeriSource Nets Design in Merger

Springdale real estate tech firm Net Design Inc. has merged with the 40-plus staff at VeriSource Inc. in Rogers. Terms of the deal are not being released.
Tim Lee, Net Design’s owner, will be heading up the operations of a new subsidiary that will be called VeriSource Real Estate Technologies. Its principal investors include Terry Johnson, VeriSource’s chief financial officer, Chris Maddox, VeriSource’s CEO, and Don Goff and Chad Hinton.
VeriSource Real Estate’s sole purpose will be to develop and manage real technologies tailored for that sector. There’s even talk of some national product rollouts in 2005.
VeriSource also merged with Advanced Control Solutions Inc. this spring.
