We thought the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette made a good move when it decided to skip seven weeks ahead in its warranty deed listings to give readers more up-to-date information.
In the D-G’s May 9 “Business Matters” section, warranty deeds filed from Feb. 22 to March 5 were reported. The May 16 issue had deed information recorded from April 9 to April 30. An editor’s note explained that readers can look up warranty deed information at the courthouses if they need something that was filed between March 5 and April 8.
