Work on Metropark to Begin in 4-6 Weeks

Collins and Cynthia Haynes’ Metropark, a 50-acre commercial development along Bentonville’s Horsebarn Road and Interstate 540, will include five professional and medical office buildings totaling 75,000 SF. Of that, 40,000 SF is already leased.

Work on the $8 million construction project, which is just south of Bentonville’s Hilton Garden Inn, is expected to start in four to six weeks.

Haynes plans to restore a creek and existing pond at the site. Another example of his conservation work is obvious to anyone who has driven through Cave Springs lately.

Haynes bought Lake Keith for $1.5 million at the end of 2003 and has completely cleaned up and restored that 17-acre lake and an adjoining 30 acres.

His plans for the Cave Springs respite are still in the works.
