Jim Huson of Fayetteville said he would like to see 10 Doe’s Eat Place restaurants open each year for the next few years.r
Huson, who owns Doe’s restaurants in Fayetteville and Bentonville, is director of franchise operations for the company, which is based in Greenville, Miss.r
The Signa family opened the original Doe’s in Greenville in 1941. Since then, they opened a second location in Oxford, Miss., and franchise stores were opened in Little Rock, Fayetteville, Hot Springs and Bentonville.r
Huson said he is currently eyeballing cities in the NCAA’s Southeastern and Big 12 Conferences as potential locations for Doe’s.r
The franchise fee is $65,000.r
