Mercari Shuts Down

Mercari Technologies Inc., the once promising supply chain management and e-fullfillment software company in Fayetteville, has closed. We’re told there is one employee left in Atlanta, and that a sale of the firm’s assets may be in the works.

But no other information was available about the firm that in recent years got $950,000 in venture capital from Diamond State Ventures of Little Rock

Mercari was named one of the five top software providers for the retail industry in the Sept. 10, 2001, issue of Forbes’ magazine.
