Darin Riggins of Riggins Construction recently purchased seven building permits valued at $574,791 to build more homes at a west Springdale subdivision.
The homes will be at Ketch Court and Cutter Court in Porthaven subdivision, a development next to Har-Ber Meadows subdivision off U.S. Highway 412 between Interstate 540 and Tontitown in west Springdale.
The homes range from about 1,250-1,500 SF each.<
