O’Charley’s Inc. plans to open a 6,923-SF restaurant in Rogers’ Scottsdale Center in the spring of 2002.
Based in Nashville, Tenn., O’Charley’s Inc. operates 150 casual-dining restaurants in 13 states in the Southeast and Midwest. With an emphasis on fresh preparation, the menu features several specialty items such as hand-cut and aged steaks, seafood, fresh chicken, homemade yeast rolls, a variety of fresh-cut salads with homemade salad dressings and the restaurant’s signature caramel pie.
The company said it has had revenue and net income growth of 20 percent per year in each of the past six years. In 2000, O’Charley’s had revenue of $377.3 million and net earnings of $19.4 million.
