The Purple Cow, a popular burger-and-milkshake joint in Little Rock, may open a location in Fayetteville if all goes well at the Cow’s new Chenal Parkway eatery in west Little Rock.

Paul Bash and Ed Moore, owners of the Cow, say the Chenal Parkway restaurant may be a prototype for a branch in Dallas, possibly to be followed by locations in Fayetteville, Jonesboro and Conway.

The original Purple Cow on Cantrell Road in Little Rock is expected to bring in $1 million in revenue this year. With 120 seats, the new store there is twice as large.

Bash and Moore have worked together for 22 years since joining forces to run Little Rock’s elegant, but now defunct, Jacques and Suzanne restaurant. The two men own the Cow along with Little Rock establishments Graffiti’s Italian Restaurant and Restaurant 1620 through a business called Continental Cuisine Inc.
