FORT SMITH, AR (December 16, 2009) – Annie Powell Hendricks, a practicing attorney in Fort Smith for 22 years, has announced her candidacy for Sebastian County Circuit Court Judge, Division II.

Everyday, I work with families and individuals who are faced with adversity and difficult domestic situations. Watching those situations resolve and move in a positive direction is extremely rewarding. In the same light, Circuit Court allows similar opportunities to strengthen and give back to the community. This is something I’ve considered for years. ”
