“We like the community here in Lowell, and it’s pretty country,” says Phillip Akens, explaining his and his wife’s decision to open up their business there. The Akenses relocated from the Little Rock area to Rogers.

The couple’s Padgett office boasts such programs as a personalized monthly profit-and-loss statement, all federal and state payroll reporting, on-going tax planning and business consulting, pick-up and delivery service for each client, and preparation services for individual, partnership, and corporate income tax returns.
