James R. and Carolyn Campbell received the mortgage from Arkansas National Bank of Rogers. Bruce and Angie Dean also are listed as borrowers on the mortgage but didn’t sign the documents.
The building houses Jim Campbell Design and Construction Inc., Jim Campbell Realty Inc., Amend Chiropractic Center, Dempsey Investigations Inc., Sam Scott’s certified public accountant office and Signature Custom Homes Inc.
