Medical Clinic Changes Hands, Secures $496,983 Mortgage

The ownership of the Northwest Arkansas Clinic for Women was transferred April 8 and the building was used to secure a $496,983 mortgage from McIlroy Bank & Trust of Fayetteville.
Clifford C. Councille and Mitchell S. McAlister, both doctors at the clinic, signed a quitclaim deed to the building giving ownership to Councille & McAlister Investments. The deed was signed by Councille, McAlister, Mark G. Pickhardt and T. Hal Bradford. The mortgage also was signed by all four doctors.
The 6,690-SF building at 3276 North Hills Boulevard in the North Hills Medical Park was built in 1992. It was appraised in 1995 for $658,200.
Councille and McAlister bought the land on May 25, 1990, for $86,000 from North Hills Medical Park Inc. and had the building constructed.
