Rose & Woods Law Firm Moving to Dickson Street

Jim Rose and Rick Woods are moving their law firm Rose & Woods from 112 W. Center St. in Fayetteville to the city’s Three Sisters complex on Dickson Street. The lawyers plan to open the new 1,000-SF office by Jan. 1.
The move comes three months after John VanWinkle left the firm to open his own office at 2101 Green Acres Road in Fayetteville. VanWinkle had practiced law with Rose since 1993, just after VanWinkle lost to Tim Hutchinson in a bid to be U.S. congressman from Arkansas’ Third District.
After two years, the $10 million renovation of the 60,000-SF Three Sisters complex is nearing completion.
