Major Refinancing Makes Taco Tico Tick

Taco Tico Mexican Restaurants on Nov. 19 refinanced $10 million worth of commercial property across the Midwest. Included in the refinancing were its Taco Tico restaurants at 1486 W. Sunset Ave. in Springdale, 120 E. U.S. Highway 412 in Siloam Springs, 206 S. Walton Boulevard in Bentonville and 10th and West Walnut Street in Rogers.

George W. Baker, company president, secured the financing through Ansley Investments LLC of 3399 Peachtree Road in Atlanta, Ga. The four area restaurants average about 3,000 SF each and their lots range in size from 1/8 to 1/2 acre.
